Submission of an application is NOT a guarantee of funding and/or approval. Each applicant household is limited to assistance with one (one) utility bill, mortgage, or rent payment.   

These assistance funds are available to assist households at or below the Federal Poverty Level and/or ALICE Households of our 3 counties: Allendale, Barnwell & Bamberg Counties, South Carolina.

Applicants will receive an email confirmation of their submitted application.
